We have two more birthday’s to celebrate.  My lovely wife Julie with the Incredibles and Wendy showing us there is always time for crossfit.  Two females birthday’s, that means two female benchmarks, Fran and Annie… Frannie!

* Eating Challenge starts next week, remember nutrition class times are Monday at 9am and 6pm.  Sign-up sheets for body fats and measurements are posted on the wall by the drinking fountain.  If you plan on participating in the challenge be sure to let me know and sign-up for a time.

    Wendy is that a rock and a tree your using for a wall ball workout ? …very very creative, I like it … let’s call that move a “rock chuck”.

    On a side note, by chance do either of you own a Shaker Bottle with a blue lid? If not you two, did anyone bring theirs to the 9:00 or 10:00 class only to find it was mysteriously gone when you went to leave? If so let me know, because I might know a certain short haired female CF’r who always has an unhealthy hankering for Carl’s Jr. and from what I understand is also an amazing dancer… That might have stolen it. It will be washed and placed in the CF closet tomorrow morning for the owner. 😉

    P.S. Kellie says sorry and she’s working very hard with her therapist on this kleptomaniac issue.
