WOD

AMRAP in 8 min of:

1 Thruster/1 Slam Ball

2 Thrusters/2 Slam Ball

3 Thrusters/3 Slam Ball

4 Thrusters/4 Slam Ball

etc… until you have reached the 8 min cut-off.

  1. Hey Mindi,

    Careful there..I sitll use the tire for my box jumps ( and plan to always do so) simply because I like my legs & tires do much less damage than the steel or wood boxes when your tired and miss step.

    The early WODs weren’t even as hard as our current warm ups … We have all come a long way. We were all Xfit wanna be’s back then 🙂

  2. Tina, i prefer the tire as well, i have a perma scar from the stupid box 🙂 Chase, however, looks silly on that tire!!

  3. Mindi, Mindi, you’re confused, me and that kid did a team workout it was flip the tire jump in jump out, then overhead tire carry around the track, 100 rounds, I think we finished in like 15 minutes.

  4. For the record, I showed up early that day and was merely helping to set up equipment and make sure everything was working properly by testing it out. As you can see from the photos above, Joni was able to use the bar I had safely tested out that morning. You’re welcome Joni. 😉
