4 Cycles of:
3 Rounds for time of:
5 Power Cleans- 155m/ 85w
10 Jack Knifes
15 Squats
*Rest 2 minutes after you completed 3 rounds, repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
Today is the first day of our new Thursday WOD times, we still be holding our 5 & 6am classes and adding a couple of new times at 9am, 5pm and 6pm.

Just wanted to say good work to all the people that showed up at 9 AM today. That was a great WOD that everyone else missed out on. Really strong work. I totaly encourage everyone to take a rest day if needed, but if you missed a day during the week or think you can handle more pain then the average man/woman, come hang out next week. The new website looks AMAZING Candie.
