Teamwork Saturday!  Today is a great day to get to know someone new.  Work with someone you never have before and push them till they puke!

WOD

In teams of 2 persons you will perform:

AMRAP in 5 min

Barbell Complex  Superwomens -inspired by Elise R, we have manmakers now we have superwomens!

(Power Snatch, OHS, Back Squat, Lunge Right, Lunge Left, Rack Jerk)

*Rest 2 min

AMLAP in 5 min

As many laps as possible in 5 minutes.

Perform rotation for 3 rounds.

    Awwwww… It figures we finally do superwomans while I’m sick. :( Hopefully I’ll be feeling better soon, and I’ll make myself do this workout anyway. I’m willing myself better–I hate being away from CrossFit this long!
