Teamwork Saturday! Today is a great day to get to know someone new. Work with someone you never have before and push them till they puke!
WOD
In teams of 2 persons you will perform:
AMRAP in 5 min
Barbell Complex Superwomens -inspired by Elise R, we have manmakers now we have superwomens!
(Power Snatch, OHS, Back Squat, Lunge Right, Lunge Left, Rack Jerk)
*Rest 2 min
AMLAP in 5 min
As many laps as possible in 5 minutes.
Perform rotation for 3 rounds.

Awwwww… It figures we finally do superwomans while I’m sick.
Hopefully I’ll be feeling better soon, and I’ll make myself do this workout anyway. I’m willing myself better–I hate being away from CrossFit this long!
