Very proud of all the athletes that represented CFTC so well this weekend Sherrie, Marie, Autumn, Chris, Tony, Scott, Tory, Maurizio, Jacie, Julie B. and Chase.  You all should be very proud of your performances.  It was especially inspirational to me to watch Maurizio, Marie, Jacie, Julie, Tony and Autumn come into their first crossfit competition and push themselves to limits they never have before.  All of you guys make crossfit so fun, keep up the hard work.  Also a special shout out as well to Lundell Chiropractic, Kevin and Ted who were there to take care of anything we needed.  Anyone that wants to see what they are made of and how mentally strong they are I recommend signing up for the next competition.

  1. Seriously you guys were awesome! Way to represent Crossfit The Club! It definitely made me want to get out there and give it a try even if I would have come in last.

  2. GREAT JOB Athletes!! Very inspiring and thank you Lindsay for ALL you do to make us stronger both mentally and physically! WAY TO GO CHASE 🙂

  3. So proud to call u my sister… I will lose my voice for u anytime!!! Nice job autumn!!! And everyone else, very inspiring!!

  4. To all of the 30-day eating challenge crossfitters, I have a great idea. On Friday, February 18th, the first day after the challenge is over, let’s bring in some food that we want to be re-introduced to. I’ll re-introduce you to chocolate by bringing Chocoholic Delight Cake to the 9:00 class. 🙂

  5. Who dares to call to Chocolate JUNK????? Chocolate is a gift straight from heaven. A piece of smooth, creamy, dark chocolate with a glass of red wine….to deny yourself this treat FOREVER??? Ok, I’m done playing devil’s advocate here.

  6. FYI that so called “junk ” is actually good for you, in moderation of coarse, especially the dark chocolate. Stress on the other hand is very BAD for your body so … quit stressing and eat a little dark chocolate. It does taste delightful with a nice Merlot or Cabernet 🙂

Just had to back up my girl Jerilyn and all you others that dig a piece of chocolate now and then.
