02/11/11 WOD

U.S. Marine Corps Captain Brandon “Bull” Barrett, 27, of Marion, Indiana, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based out of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, was killed on May 5, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Cindy and Brett Barrett, his sisters Ashley and Taylor Barrett, his brother Brock Barrett, and his grandmother Carmen Johnson.

50 OHS- 135m/85w

50 Pull-ups

Run 1 mile


* Scale as needed.  We have limited class time so we will have a cut-off of 50 minutes…GOOD LUCK!

  2. I thought for sure that nobody would show up today for the wod. I thought wrong, nice work morning classes. Its not that bad just count on losing a lot of water weight and getting a good nights sleep tonight.

  3. Great WOD, tough I only missed the 50 minute cut off by 27 minutes… LOL and yes Lindsay I will sleep like a baby (a snoring old sore baby)!

  4. Please say we are doing this again sometime. I had to be at two Dr. appointments that morning and missed it. I really want to do it!!
