WOD

Clean- 3, 3, 3 @ 80% 1RM

Clean & Jerk- 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2,2  heavy doubles, only 90 sec rest b/t sets

Rest 5 minutes, then:

For Time:

25 Turkish Get-ups- heavy

50 Toes Through Rings

75 Anchored Sit-ups

100 Scissor Kicks

  1. I think your koo koo ( but high five ) , especially if Lindsay thinks your nuts… “cause most of the time, I think Lindsay is nuts for what he makes us do & I think we are al nuts for doing it…. Sounds like our own little “Crossfit Cuckoo’s Nest “.

  2. Way to go guys! In the spirit of competition and racing, I just stumbled across this race that looks like it would be right up our CrossFit alley. It’s the Metro Dash in July down at the Utah State Fairgrounds. It’s not a very long distance, but has tons of CrossFit-esque obstacles. Just thought I’d throw it out there for anyone interested in competing. There’s even a division for gym’s to compete against other gym’s!   3. Just getting down low with my Bro’s, Sissi. I did a 4 setting through it I think an eight would be better and get a better time. next month when we do it again…… Who is in?
