03/01/11 WOD

I took this picture for our old website awhile back.  I know its small but can you guess who that is in the red shirt?  He looks nothing like that today and is still going strong at Crossfit.  Any guesses?  It is amazing to see people that stick to crossfit and look back on an old picture and how their body has made a total transformation.  Keep up the strong work!

  1. For those interested – Some of us have discovered an excellent alternative to chalk and tape. It’s called “Prince Grip Enhancer”. It’s AMAZING for pull ups especially. Google it, or go ahead and ask me about it if you’d like. This one’ll be awesome!

  2. yah – I will just go on record and say that I am officially scared of the wod tomorrow – here’s to hands ripping and maybe throwing up ;o)

  3. I’ve heard through the grapevine that people aren’t able to finish this one. I’ll be lucky to get through half of it! Eric, do you have some of those grip enhancers?

  5. I was so delirious after finishing this one that as I staggered up from my last set of 50 pushups and went for my last lap sprint, I slammed my elbow into the speaker! It’s killing me.

  6. I second the suggestion that we get Lindsay back on his meds… I have been thinking
    ( for awhile now) that it’s getting a bit crazy.

    Maybe we need to add some medication to the water fountain so we can all benefit … can you just imagine the long line at the fountain? ha ha ha.

    Tonight is much too crazy for me… I’ll see you loons tomorrow instead. Good Luck!

  7. Really? Noone knows who that red shirt guy is? Come on Travis, i know you remember. Let me refresh your memory, he puked in the bushes shortly after finishing that race… All he wanted was to beat the guy pushing the stoller and HE DID!!

    That’s the best part about CrossFit , you never know when Puckie the Clown will show up.
