Me either Brody! HA! Although, it won’t be as bad having NOT done 3 WOD’s the day before, so maybe it won’t be THAT bad. Good luck Crossfitters, have fun with this one. :)

Don’t let Brody psych you out, it’s not that bad…….. until you get to round 2. J/k Good luck all, and seriously just push through and FINISH, it is very personally rewarding to accomplish a workout as mentally grueling as this one, so be ready and good luck.

Funny. Real funny. I thought we’d be safe because of the limited rowers. I think i’m coming down with something..cough cough..

I can honestly say I am bummed I cannot come this morning. I have a Dr. appointment. I really did want to see what this workout would do to me! Bummer and I really mean it. Good luck to everyone today!

So…I am officially afraid of my work out today – I saw the pain and exhaustion first hand and I guess now I get to suck it up and experience it first hand – here’s to trying to just complete the WOD before time runs out (or die trying) :o )

Julie, let us know how you do! I have serious doubts that I can finish this one in 25 minutes! So do we have to do one legged regular jump roping if we aren’t very good at double unders???

  11. Elise on March 2nd, 2010 9:25 am

Karma for not counting so many burpees….

I’m going to try, but because of my foot I may need a substitute for the jump rope. Any ideas?

  12. Julie L. on March 2nd, 2010 12:31 pm

yah – I didn’t die!!! :o ) You have to do 60 singles if you haven’t mastered double unders. Jerilyn – you can do it. The ladies that competed had 30 minutes to finish, so I figure anything under that is awesome! Good luck!

Thanks Julie – good to know about the DU’s…although as my work day comes to a close, the butterflies in my stomach are starting to rev up – aggghhh! I just keep seeing Chris laying on the ground on Sunday after this workout and if i kicks HER ass, what will it do to my pathetic out of shape ass???

  14. Brook on March 2nd, 2010 7:59 pm

That was great fun. I’m just sooooo disappointed we don’t have the prowlers so we can do WOD #2.

  15. Brook on March 2nd, 2010 8:09 pm

Lindsay, I hope you got a chuckle out of watching that.
