		<description>Thanks Julie - good to know about the DU&#039;s...although as my work day comes to a close, the butterflies in my stomach are starting to rev up - aggghhh!  I just keep seeing Chris laying on the ground on Sunday after this workout and if i kicks HER ass, what will it do to my pathetic out of shape ass???</description>

		<description>yah - I didn&#039;t die!!! :o) You have to do 60 singles if you haven&#039;t mastered double unders. Jerilyn - you can do it.  The ladies that competed had 30 minutes to finish, so I figure anything under that is awesome! Good luck!</description>

		<description>So...I am officially afraid of my work out today - I saw the pain and exhaustion first hand and I guess now I get to suck it up and experience it first hand - here&#039;s to trying to just complete the WOD before time runs out (or die trying) :o)</description>
