03/02/11 WOD

Yesterday’s WOD results!  We had a cut-off of 45 minutes but you know the crazy people at CFTC they didn’t stop.  That one sucked!


5 Rounds for Max Reps of:

Dead lift- 95m/65w

Power Clean- 95/65

Push Press- 95/65

Rest 1 minute between each round.


Week 8

Day 1

1.  Dead lift- 50/3, 60/3, 75/3, 82/2, 82/2, 85/2

2.  Standing GM (clean max)- 25/10, 27/10 x 2

3.  20 m  Double Barbell Farmers Carry/ 2 rope acsents- 15′ x 5 sets

Mens weight- 135lbs or as heavy as possible.

Womens weight- 85lbs or as heavy as possible.

MOBILITY WOD– 02/27/11

Like always a good post for mobility and rant today. I couldn’t agree more, people wondering why they hurt but won’t spend one second after or before the workout stretching.  Take care of your business!   I shouldn’t have to hold you by the hand.  Everyone has been shown all sorts of ways to mobilize, so do it.

ATTENTION- For the month of March we are going to open up more crossfit times on Thursday.  We will be adding a 10am and a 4pm, this will be a trial period to see if there is a demand for those times on Thursday.
