One of our newer members is big Walt.  Walt stands about 6’7″ and has a long way to travel to do a full squat.  Walt has already lost 4″ off his waist and hungry for more, keep up the good work Walt!  

STRENGTH  

Deadlift 3 x 3, 1 x 20  

Ring Dips- 3 x max reps  

WOD  

“NICOLE”  

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:  

400 meter run  

pull-ups  

We are doing one last order for women’s tanks and both men’s and women’s hoodies.   1. Yeah Walt! I am only 5’9″ and it feels like a long way to the ball, I can’t imagine being as tall as you! Keep it up, CrossFit is amazing!
