First minute 1 OHS, Second minute 2 OHS, Third minute 3 OHS…continued until you can no longer get the amount of reps in that minute.
Mens weight- 75lbs
Womens weight- 55lbs

What a cool WOD this is. Lindsey puts together some amazing workouts – hard workouts. If you can do Lindseys Programing you can do any programing.
That was a little bit awesome. But then I couldn’t walk down the stairs at home.
It was way awesome and so much more difficult than I expected. My shoulders are killing me still 5 hours later!!! Cannot wait to see what next week brings.
This whole week has been amazing/difficult/challenging etc. Thanks for kicking my booty (and every other body part) every day. My shoulders are looking forward to the weekend and a break from Crossfit
I am so glad I am back in town next week. The regimen at CFtheClub is top notch bar none.
