Now that is how you explode off the ground!


Front Squat 3 x 5



First minute 1 OHS, Second minute 2 OHS, Third minute 3 OHS…continued until you can no longer get the amount of reps in that minute.

Mens weight- 75lbs

Womens weight- 55lbs

*Remember the deadline for the swimsuit challenge is this Monday, be sure to get your pictures taken and money in to me before then.

  1. What a cool WOD this is. Lindsey puts together some amazing workouts – hard workouts. If you can do Lindseys Programing you can do any programing.

  2. It was way awesome and so much more difficult than I expected. My shoulders are killing me still 5 hours later!!! Cannot wait to see what next week brings.

  3. This whole week has been amazing/difficult/challenging etc. Thanks for kicking my booty (and every other body part) every day. My shoulders are looking forward to the weekend and a break from Crossfit 🙂

  4. When i was laying in bed this morning i said to myself, i will get up and go if it is not overhead squats or double unders. See you next week 🙂
