So I had to figure out what rageball is. According to Crossfit Michania “Rageball is nothing more than a medicine ball clean and a ball slam together. Perform a regular medicine ball clean and once you stand up from the clean press the ball overhead and perform a ball slam. Squat down and attempt to grab the ball on the bounce, stand up and go right into the next rep of the medicine ball clean.”
What I already knew was their closing comment “These will suck, just to let you know!!!”
