20 Pull-ups

500 Meter Row

2.  Shoulder Press- 60/4, 67/4, 75/2, 80/2, 85/1

3.  DB Bentover Row (clean max)- 32/10, 42/10, 47/10

  1. I just looked at the photos from the games…Wish we could post comments. Like the one where Sean is looking back over his shoulder while Curt is carrying the sand bag….That one would say, “where the HELL are those girls?”
