03/17/11 WOD

We have had several people already take on the Crossfit Open Sectionals workout.  Good news, Blake compared this workout to the same feeling he gets after Fran!

WOD

8 Rounds of:

80 sec. Sprint/ 40 sec Recovery

* score is max distance covered.

 

Remember we have added a 10am and a 4pm on Thursday’s now!

  1. Dang you Lindsay! I do heavy deadlifts on Tuesday and then you program them in for Wednesday. I do sprints on Wednesday and you put them in for Thursday!!! grrrrrr 🙂

  2. I got the answer for you Lindsey do crossfit more and you won’t have to worry about that. Yes, Kevin there is O-lifting tonight at 7pm. I taught the 5 and 6am today and it was the smallest class I have ever had at that time. What you don’t like to run 5 and 6am?

  3. Thursday morning is always smaller cause it’s most peoples rest day & hey I was there I was just practicing double unders

  4. Lindsay you know I’m a runner but Jessie and I decided to sleep in a little and try the O-lifting class tonight. I’ve been practicing double unders in my garage for the past two days and I still suck!
