*Every minute on the minute perform 8 sit-ups, start with sit-ups.

  2. Haha this picture is so embarrassing! Chris I was smiling because Stacey made me hold that position forever because her camera was not working and it made me laugh because my body was starting to shake. In a normal setting I definitely would not be smiling lol.

  3. Wow!!! I have just decided that I am a little addicted to crossfit. I can’t wait to get low times like the rest of you!! Just wondering where the diet recipe thing is so I can put more food ideas on there.
