“Tabata You Gotta Be Kidding Me”

4 consecutive Tabata’s.  That’s 8 sets of 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest, for each of the following:

Wall Ball- 20/10

Pull-ups

Squats

SDHP- 75m/53w

 

OPTIONAL STRENGTH CYCLE III

WEEK 12

Day 2

1.  Bench- 55/5, 70/5, 77/2, 80/2, 85/1

2.  Shoulder Press (clean max)- 60/3, 70/2, 80/2, 87/2
