In teams of 2 you will complete,

For Time of:

100 Pull-ups

100 KB Swings- 53/35

100 Wall Balls- 20/15

100 Double Unders

100 Power Cleans- 95m/65w

100 Burpee Bar Hops

100 Meter x 2 OH Walking Lunge 45m/25w

 

At 10:30 we will be completing The Crossfit Open WOD#2

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

9 Dead lifts- 155m/100w

12 Push-ups

15 Box Jumps- 24/20
