04/03/10 WOD

How is the swimsuit challenge going for you?  I have known Tori for a long time and this is the leanest I have ever seen him, keep up the strong work Tori!



In teams of two you will complete,

Max Rounds in 5 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans- 135m/85w

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

*Rest 1 minute after each 5 minute cycle, repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

*Partner 1 will start it off, when they have finished their last squat, Partner 2 will start.  You will keep alternating for 5 minutes for a combination of max rounds completed.

  1. Happy Easter to all!!! Well I was doing good on the Paleo diet until Easter, needless to say my husband found me passed out, face down with an empty bag of kit kats next to my body…no worries it was just sugar coma. He quickly passed me celery stick and I came too.
