Leg Raises

*1 min rest b/t exercises

WOD

Squats 100-75-50-25-15-10

KB Swings 50-35-25-15-10-5

Push-ups 35-30-25-20-15-10

*Each round consists of squats, kB & push-ups.  The first round will be squat 100 reps, KB Swing 50 reps, Push-ups 35 reps…etc

*Weight- 53m/35w
