Here is a recent picture/text I received from CFTC member.  It said, I used to enjoy Del Taco for lunch…now because of you I bring this kind of crap everyday.  All I can say is, your welcome Jeremy V!

9 Thrusters

12 Burpees

15 Slam Ball- 30/20


Recommended Weight

Level I- 65m/45w

Level II- 95m/65w

Level III- 115m/85w



Back Extension- 3 x 12 (optional weighted or banded)

Spread Eagle Sit-ups (holding a DB over chest)- 4 x 12
