“300”

For Time:

25 Pull-ups

50 Dead lifts- 135m/95w

50 Push-ups

50 Box Jumps- 24″

50 Floor Wipers- 135m/95w

50 KB Clean & Press- 35m/26w

25 Pull-ups

 

STRENGTH

1.  Close Grip Bench- 5 sets of 3 reps; (index finger on smooth part of bar)- rest 2-3 min b/t heavy sets

2a.  Inverted Ring Rows- 3 sets of 12 (thumbs to chest)

superset w/

2a.  Band Pull-Aparts- 3 sets of 25 reps

    1. What happened to the rest of the CFTC army? It’s not near as awesome if just one guy in the whole army yells. Oh well, I tried.
