“Playing with Push-ups

200 meter run

20 push-ups

5 burpees

15 clapping push-ups

10 slapping push-ups

5 finger tip push-ups

200 meter run

15 push-ups

5 burpees

10 clapping push-ups

5 burpees

10 slapping push-ups

5 burpees

5 finger tip push-ups

200 meter run

10 push-ups

5 finger tip push-ups

*Don’t be afraid of this workout, everyone will be doing push-ups on their knees at the end.

  1. Let’s all remember to keep good form on this one. You know who you are. If your chest doesn’t touch the ground, or at least come close, don’t bother putting Rx by your time. You’re not doing yourself any favors by cheating. Doing a WOD with correct form means SO MUCH more than time. Nobody looks up to you for having a fast time if you don’t practice good form on your workout.

    Just my 2 cents

    I never knew or understood what that word meant. I just like to say it after making a point. 🙂

  3. Very well put. I so did not RX this one at all! Brody I am way impressed with your time and vest. Woo Hoo!! My poor knee was bleeding at the end of the WOD because I couldn’t get off them for most the workout!

  4. Celeste… I’m sure you killed it! We were all crawling on our knees with this one. When we put the vest on, Lindsay said we were dumb. He was right. I only did it because last fridays was similar but with the front squats and I had a great time with no vest but Lindsay and Chase did it with the vest. I almost came back that night to do it again… Of course I came to my senses. Anyway, this week I figured do it with the vest! Glad I did!

  5. Well I RXed but I have no clue how long it took me, the nice thing about doing it at home I get breaks with my kids 🙂

  6. Oh, and I guess I did not RX on claps or slaps, but I had Kia on my back and Quinn had Naomi on his, even for burpees…hehehe

  7. I have one more smart a*%# comment to make. Could we please do something that I can RX I am starting to really feel weak!
