  1. I love Tabata!! Not only is it challenging, but it trains you to never stop. Short breaks and continuously move. If you can gain that strength and apply it to your CrossFit training, you’ll be amazed at how much your times, AMRAP’s, and endurance will improve.

P.S. Damn you Chase!!! Just playen… Nice job buddy!

  2. Travis… You better step it up a notch. If Kellie catches you, you’ll never hear the end of it. From what I hear she’s doing pretty good. Must be the new hair cut. 😉

  3. I liked this one a lot, but I am sure I will be recovering for the rest of the week. The last time we did deadlifts they destroyed me for a whole week. Awesome job Lindsey 🙂

  4. Why do I try to keep up with these kids??? I am literally twice as old as half of my 4 pm class today. at least I got some muscle ups today.

  5. Congrats on the muscle-ups Mike! That’s awesome. I don’t know if that’s a new developement or not, but that’s a feat no matter what! 🙂 Good job today everyone!
