In 10 minutes build to a heavy 3 reps in the Overhead Squat

Rest 5 min

then do;

AMRAP Pull-ups in 5 min (advanced- Weighted Pull-ups- load 1/4 BW for Men, 1/6 BW for Women)

Rest 10 sec

AMRAP HSPU in 3 min

Rest 10 sec

AMRAP Sit-ups in 1 min
