Annmarie showed me her before crossfit picture today, they are pretty amazing what she has done.  Keep up the strong work Annmarie!  Hopefully someday she will let everyone see them..hint, hint

“The Club Gone Bad”

Three 1 minute rounds for time of:

KB Thruster- 53m/35w

KB SDHP- 53m/35w

Slam Ball- 30m/20w

Double Unders

Calorie Row

* Rest 1 min b/t rounds

In this workout move from each of the five stations after a minute.  This is a five minute round from which a 1 minute break is allowed before repeating.  Clock does not stop or reset, on the call of rotate each person must move to the next exercise as quickly as possible.  One point is given for each rep.

 

We still have some times available for appointments with Kris from Muscle Works.  He will be taking appointments for 1:30- 5:30pm today.  He will be set up in the conference room under the childcare by the Racquetball courts.  The cost will be $45…well worth the price, I highly recommend to try it out.  Contact me with any questions.
