STRENGTH

Front Squat- 3 x 3

 

WOD

3 rounds for time of:

10 Squat Cleans

10 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

10 Dips

155 meter run

 

Level I

cleans -75m/55w, jumping pull-ups/banded x 2, assisted dips x 2

Level II

cleans- 115m/75w, pull-ups, dips on the GHD

Level III

Cleans- 135m/95w, chest-to-bar pull-ups, ring dips

  1. What’s a squat clean again – it’s been so long since I have been to CF that I am forgetting the moves. Time to turn to Google and Utube :0P

  2. Lindsay, I really like the different levels you have posted on the WODS..I feel that todays wod is a perfect example of how each level can benefit each and every amazing crossfitter….

  3. That was much harder than it looked on paper, todays WOD took me to that dark place. I haven’t felt that crushed after a workout in a LONG time. Good work everyone. Thanks Cole for posting an awesome time and pushing me.

  4. I too love the different levels offered. We all have different strengths/weaknesses and this gives us a chance to work on those…thanks!
