Chris P. wanted to have another try at this WOD before regionals this weekend, so this is for you Chris.
This week we will be working on a new Crossfit Total. It will be a combination of three lifts, shoulder press, back squat and deadlift. You will need to find your 1 rep max for each of these lifts this week. You should do at least 2 warm-up sets before you try for your new 1 rep max.
Shoulder Press- find you 1 rep max
*Every minute do 4 burpees
20 Thrusters- 95m/65w
20 Push Jerk
20 Front Squat
