  1. Ohhh… man… that looks SHWEEEEET! However I ate dairy for the first time after starting paleo…… and I’m hating it… again and again and again.. So youv’e been warned…. Don’t eat dairy after starting paleo it’s no bueno! TMI I know thats just how I roll!

  2. Any one wanting a less crowded class times come to the wod’s on tuesday and thursday. Whats the deal with monday? Everyone refreshed and read to go after the weekend?
