If anyone wants to sub today’s WOD for 400 m Walking Lunges go for it!

 

WOD

Take 10 minutes and build quickly to a heavy 1 rep Split Jerk

 

Rest as needed

 

5 Rounds for time of:

1 Split Jerk @ 80% of heaviest 1 rep

1 Pull-up (adv. Chest to Bar)

3 Split Jerk

3 Pull-ups

5 Split Jerk

5 Pull-ups

 

We still have some times open for Kris at Muscle Works- 11, 12, 12:30 and 1:30.  He will be in the conference room by the racquetball courts again.  He is a must for any injury you may be suffering from in the past.

We also have gotten another shipment of Progenex in if any body is interested in trying a new supplement.    Cost- Recovery- $50, More Muscle- $60.
