155 Meter Run- oh, don’t forget your sandbag!

Barbell Manmakers- 95m/65w

 

STRENGTH

Snatch Complex

1.  Snatch Grip Dead lift, Power Snatch, Overhead Squat, Squat Snatch- 5 sets of 1 rep each movement; increase load each set if form is good; rest 3 min b/t sets

 

For anyone that missed out on Kris from Muscle Works he will be coming back Saturday morning from 7am to 11am.  If you would like to go please let me know.

  2. Amazing how much pain and sweat this caused…these 45 min + WODS make me almost not motivated to ride my bike later in the day, but not really.
