  2. Jodie – You can do it, I know you can!! Plus you can probably do the Rx weight – I can only do 45 and keep good form, but when I think I started out doing just the 15 lb bar, I know I have made progress. Have fun tonight!! Just take them 5 at a time :o)

  3. Ha ha thanks! I hate thrusters but got them over with…… I love the double unders though, that’s my thing. That’s like my only thing. 🙂
