WOD

For Time:

1000 meter Row

then,

3 Rounds for time of:

15 Thrusters

10 Strict Pull-ups

* Mens weight- 135, 115, 95; Load bar in this order- 25,10,10.  Strip weight off each round.

*Womens weight- 95, 75, 55; Load bar in this order- 5, 10,10. Strip weight off each round.

 

STRENGTH

1.  Bench Press- 55/5, 70/5, 80/3, 85/2, 87/1, 77/B

2.  DB Row- 3 sets of 8; heavy as possible
