  1. Have fun today! haha. I just wanted to throw a big shout out and say thank you for all of your love and support. Those of us who went to Regionals experienced a WIDE spectrum of emotions and having you here rooting for us makes it all worthwhile. To be able to do what we do…..with such great friends…..is AMAZING and irreplacable to me! We had such an amazing time, with extreme highs and lows! We shared elation and laughter…. anxiety and dissappointment. Your acts of kindness and words of support are greatly appreciated. We have THE BEST crossfit community there is!

    Thanks TEAM, it was awesome……and will continue to be!
