Run 800 meters

40 KB Swings

15 Knees to Elbow

Run 400 meters

30 KB Swings

9 Knees to Elbow

Run 200 meters

 

 I just wanted to remind everyone about the crossfit for kids this summer.  We will be starting it June 7th.  The schedule will be as follows:

AGES 5-7

Option 1  Monday & Wednesday- 11-11:45am

Option 2  Tuesday & Thursday- 11-11:45am

AGES 8-12

Option 1  Monday & Wednesday- 12-12:45am

Option 2  Tuesday & Thursday- 12-12:45am

CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED!  The older age group Mon-Wed is already full.  Please let me know if you want to sign your kids up.

  2. I have been totally intimidated by CrossFit, and have been agonizing over rather I was going to be able to do it or not. Today was my first WOD ever. I LOVED EVERY min. of it. Everyone was so helpful, totally different than I expected. Can’t wait for tomorrow morning to do it again!!! Lindsay and Chris were great and made me feel so welcomed! Thanks Dom for the extra help and cheering me on!
