05/21/11 WOD

Good luck to all our CFTC members running in the Ogden Half and full Marathon tomorrow!

WOD

Teams of 4 complete for time:

20 Cal Row

30 Burpees

30 Sandbag Ground-to-Overhead- 80/40

40 Push-ups

100 Ft Overhead Weighted Overhead Lunge- 45/25

Run the loop as a team.

* All four athletes perform the entire workout. The first athlete enters and completes the Row. When that athlete has completed the row, they move on to Shoot Throughs, and the second athlete may begin the Row. This pattern continues, in order, through all of the movements. No athlete can begin their next station until the athlete ahead of them is clear from that station.  A team’s result is the total time for all 4 members to go through the workout.

  1. Full marathon on nothing but CF training and an occasional CF Endurance wod…doable…painful, but doable

    1. Nice Job Jeremy. I’m glad I only did the half. I loved seeing everybody from crossfit there. We need to get a team together and all where the same shirts for next year.

P.S. Crossfit Rocks! NO WAY I run that thing as fast without my crossfit training. Thanks Lindsay.

  2. So let me tell you how much Crossfit rocks. I never run on my own – I just do Crossfit each day. I did the WODs all week this week and then I got a call from my brother-in-law last night stating that he was dropping out of the half marathon and needed me to take his place. I gladly accepted and totally did it today. Amazing, amazing results – Crossfit totally translates into anything you want to do. Take that Chuck Norris!

  3. Nice job everyone today, we need to come up with our own run and make it crossfit style! Who’s in?

  4. I think we need to give a special shout out to Valerie Aldrich one of our very own crossfitters who won her age group at the half marathon. Way to go Val!
