4 Rounds of:

1 Hill Sprint (short & steep one, yes!)

50 Double Unders

* Rest as needed b/t rounds, each round is an all out effort.

 

STRENGTH

1.  Back Squat-( % of 1RM)- 50/5, 60/5, 75/5, 80/4, 82/3 x 2
