21,18, 15, 12, 9, 6,  and 3 reps for time of:

Toes Through Rings

Slam Ball- 30/20

Push-ups- games standard

Wall Ball- 20/15

 

STRENGTH

Snatch Balance- 7 sets of 1 rep, work on speed and technique; rest 2 min b/t sets

  2. I’m in need of a challenge. I know i should be able to do it on my own (answering Chases thoughts…) BUT i always do better when i have to turn in food journals to big bad LIndsay! 🙂

  3. Man vs. Food style? As for validating the clean diet, urine samples, stool samples, and blood tests? Just kidding! Sure, sounds challenging since I always seem to slip in a few foods that I shouldn’t be eating.
