  1. So…I thought I should try doing crossfit at home a little bit until I can come back to the gym (baby is almost 8 weeks now). Lindsay, this was a MEAN workout! Seriously, abs and double unders? I am officially renaming this workout “New Mommy’s Nighmare”!!! (I think I just heard my baby laugh at me)

  2. To all those who think they can’t do crossfit……..YOU CAN! Just modify it to your level yet still push yourself!! I actually completed todays WOD however since I am still working on double unders I did 900 singles!!! And I have a bum knee??? JUST TRY IT!! Thanks to all the crossfitters for not laughing at me (at least to my face)!

  3. I am going to conquer these double unders, even it it kills me (which after this work out it just might!)

    BTW – Aaron got wiped so hard this morning doing the Double unders he broke skin…. on his back…..ouch!! Way to go babe – you are doing amazing!! 😉

  4. This was a good one, but you know how we have a pukey the clown group, I have now added the BA group which will stand for Blistered A** group. For anyone who feels my pain! 🙂

  5. Oh my word!! I got my first blistered a$$ today. I stepped into the shower and screamed so loud when the water hit me my husband ran upstairs to see what was wrong. Needless to say he was not amused or even concerned when I told him about my pain. He thought I was really hurt. Well I was really hurt. I cannot believe how injured I am from this workout! Thanks Lindsay!

  8. Nice job everyone today! Whether you did singles or doubles, this was tough! It took me a while to get the hang of these and now they are one of my favorite things to do! If you did singles..stick wtih it. For those who did double unders..keep at ’em! Your all great! THANKS for all the hugs today for “Hug Your Trainer Day” 🙂

  9. Thank you Rich for letting me use your rope. I had to use4 different ones to get my 300 DUs, and it took forever, but I did it! I’m stoked! Except that now, I have no excuse not to do DUs when they are Rx.
