Complete 10 rounds of:

One rounds consists of the following:

One Arm KB/DB Power Clean Right
One Arm KB/DB Front Squat Right
One Arm KB/DB Push Press Right
One Arm KB/DB Front Squat Right
One Arm KB/DB Push Press Right

then switch hands….

One Arm KB/DB Power Clean Left
One Arm KB/DB Front Squat Left
One Arm KB/DB Push Press Left
One Arm KB/DB Front Squat Left
One Arm KB/DB Push Press Left

*Do Not Drop The Weight. Do Not Set It Down.

*If weight is dropped, count number of drops and perform an equal amount of burpees as a penalty.

* Challenge yourself, go heavier then you think you can.   This workout will not be for time, your score will be number of drops and load used.

  1. Just wanted to remind everyone about the Olympic lifting seminar with coach burgener in august. We just confirmed with him today, I encourage everyone from cftc to take advantage of this. For me to go and do a two day certification with him it cost me $650 so the deal that we are getting is huge. So sign up as soon as possible, it is worth it,!
