Joby demonstrating a free standing handstand push-up.  Right after I got through demonstrating one to him, what a good teacher I am!



St. Leg Deadlift- 4 sets of 8

rest 60 sec.

Ring Push-ups- amrap x 4

  1. Nice work in the morning very impressed by how heavy some of the ladies can do on the OHS squats, guys you better pick it up, these ladies are doing over half the body weight. And just kidding on the free handstand push-ups, I wish I could do that!

  2. I hear you lindsay! As I passed Jacie to go to work, she told me she did 75lbs today. What???? That equals what I did in the 5:00 AM class! Very Proud of you Jacie! Time to step my game up.

  3. Lindsay, I would never have been able to do that handstand push up if you hadn’t just demenstrated how to do it…WITH A BAND!!!! haha jk

  4. I’ll I have to say is Wow to the woman at 9am, besides me I think they all did 75-95 pounds. Its fun lifting by you all it pushes me to want to do better 🙂
