*REMEMBER* there is NO 6pm class anymore for the summer.  I also wanted to remind everyone about our newest class O-Lifting on Saturday at 10:30am.  Anyone that wants extra work on their Olympic lifting should come.

  1. Loraine I think it’s that your feet are anchored down by someone or something and then we do tabata style situps. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for a few rounds, depends how generous they are feeling! 🙂
