06/14/11 WOD

Katy’s son is so excited for kids crossfit to start, look what he created with his Star Wars Lego’s.  It’s complete with a guy doing Wall Ball, Pull-ups, Barbell Cleans, and DB Presses and of course the bald white guy in the back with a megaphone.  First session of kids crossfit starts today at 11:15am ages 5-7,  Ages 8-10, 11:45-12:30 and Ages 11-12, 12:30- 1:15pm.




Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

*Must complete the each round within the minute.  Your goal is to complete all 30 rounds.

If you need any advice on how to tape your hands, Chase will be holding a clinic this morning to demonstrate what he does with his tape.

  1. This is so fun!! I love what cf has done for the kids. The entire weekend Chases kids asked every day what WOD they needed to do for the day???

  2. Wait- weren’t those Chases Hands in the Cross fit Games pictures? I don’t think I want my hands to look like that, so not sure if I want tape advice from Chase? just saying….
