Katy’s son is so excited for kids crossfit to start, look what he created with his Star Wars Lego’s. It’s complete with a guy doing Wall Ball, Pull-ups, Barbell Cleans, and DB Presses and of course the bald white guy in the back with a megaphone. First session of kids crossfit starts today at 11:15am ages 5-7, Ages 8-10, 11:45-12:30 and Ages 11-12, 12:30- 1:15pm.
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes of:
*Must complete the each round within the minute. Your goal is to complete all 30 rounds.
If you need any advice on how to tape your hands, Chase will be holding a clinic this morning to demonstrate what he does with his tape.
