6 Ascents Flying Pull-ups

30 KB Swings- 53m/35w

20 Cal Row

20 Thrusters- 115m/75w

5 Ascents Flying Pull-ups

20 KB Swings

10 Cal Row

10 Thrusters- 135m/95w

4 Ascents Flying Pull-ups

10 KB Swings

* Scaled- Regular Pull-ups-20,15,10.  Thruster weight will increase each round.  Choose a weight that you can make a 10-20lb increase each round.

  1. Oooohhh I am looking forward to this one. I say that because it was fun to watch… Wait, now I’m a little nervous. Actually doing it, may not be quite as much fun as watching… “That’s what she said”. 🙂

  2. We now have CrossFit Kids shirts available….you can purchase them through me. They are $20, we have youth sizes S,M, L. black or white. Quantities are limited. I will be there at 10 am on Wed if you want to purchase one. I left two in the “closet” if you want to see them. Thanks! Stacie
