Flying pull-ups! Ouch, that’s a good one.

 

STRENGTH

Bent-Over Row- 4 sets of 10 reps, rest 60 sec.

Weighted Bear Crawls- 4 sets of 10 yds, rest 60 sec.

 

WOD

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

5 Deadlifts

10 Push-ups

20 Double Unders

 

*Recommended Weight:

Level I

135m/95w

Level II

185m/135w

Level III

245m/155w

    I know that I told you in my 6am fog, “sometimes I just wish I could go back to running 3 miles and Body Pump 3 times a week”, but I really don’t mean it. It was just my shredded, blistered, bleeding hands talking. If I could, I would quit you CrossFit, but I can’t. Not today, not ever! I’ll just keep showing up every morning waiting to see what pain you can inflict and pray that I don’t pee my pants or cry. Why? Because I LOVE you CrossFit the Club!!

  3. It’s ok when my hands are torn, but when it’s Gary’s….well who is going to cook and clean the house for the next four days?? I’m afraid he’s going to come home from work tomorrow and use that *small* tear to his advantage…as he’s sitting on the couch watching the sports reporters talk about the new Pac 10 all day long!! Go Utes! 😉
