  1. Scott? The same Scott I saw QUIT in the middle of a workout, cause he just couldn’t lift the weight. The same Scott who only does certain workouts for whatever reason. I don’t know! I’ll be there with my torn hand and my sore back, gettin after it. Please do the same, no matter what the workout is!

Lindsay I will even let you know when I can come :), no just teasing but really not, if I wasn’t doing Ragnar I would so love to come and play today!!!!
