WOD

5 Rounds of:

15 Burpees

20 Box Jumps-24m/20w

155 Meter Sprint

*Rest 2 minutes

 

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF THOSE CROSSFIT ATHLETES COMPETING IN THE WASATCH BACK THIS WEEKEND!  AS FOR ME, I WOULD RATHER DO BURPEES.
