06/18/11 WOD

Heather, 7 months pregnant and can still run way faster then me.

 

WOD

In teams of 2 complete as many reps as possible of:

3 Rounds

SDHP- 95m/65w

Barbell Rows- 95/65w

Slam Ball- 30/20

Jumping Lunges

Bastards- burpee w/ jumping knee tuck

* 1 partner works at a time and does each exercise for 1 min, after that the 2nd partner goes for 1 min….continuing until they have completed the list for 3 rounds.

  1. Great job Ragnar runners – it was fun seeing so many of you as we were all tired and smelly, but still smiling! It is truly amazing that Crossfit prepares you for anything – and I mean that as much mentally as physically! Happy Fathers Day to all you “Papas” out there!
