In teams of 2 complete as many reps as possible of:
Barbell Rows- 95/65w
Slam Ball- 30/20
Bastards- burpee w/ jumping knee tuck
* 1 partner works at a time and does each exercise for 1 min, after that the 2nd partner goes for 1 min….continuing until they have completed the list for 3 rounds.
