30 Partner Barbell Clean & Jerks- 185m/115w

30 Partner Barbell Lunges (carry bar low)

50 Lateral Burpees

30 Partner Barbell Push Press

30 Partner Barbell Lunges (carry bar high)

100 Floor Wipers- 135m/95w
